6. Provide with maintenance cyclic machine for free;
7. Going to door after sale in 24 hours for downtown and in 48 hours for remote area.
Service Normalization
(1) Show credentials on initiative when going to door;
(2) Dressing win tide, being polite before customer;
(3) After service, clean the spot completely;
(4) After service, practice operation before customer step by step;
(5) After service, tell customer how to use and maintain;
(6) After service, leave a piece of service card to customer;
(7) After service, ask customer for comments that should be written on paper. |
