Service Promise

1.       Going to door to measure and make plan of installation;

2.       Provide with consulting free of charge, and deliver goods to door for free;

3.       Going to door for installation, wiring (5 meters below) and commissioning;

4.       Overall unit is guaranteed for 1 year, the heating body and interior bottle are guaranteed for 3 years;

5.       Purchase components for customer and provide with maintenance for life;

6.       Provide with maintenance cyclic machine for free;

7.       Going to door after sale in 24 hours for downtown and in 48 hours for remote area.

 

Service Normalization

(1)    Show credentials on initiative when going to door;

(2)    Dressing win tide, being polite before customer;

(3)    After service, clean the spot completely;

(4)    After service, practice operation before customer step by step;

(5)    After service, tell customer how to use and maintain;

(6)    After service, leave a piece of service card to customer;

(7)    After service, ask customer for comments that should be written on paper.
