In respect of the use of home appliance of high power, when decorating a new house, you should pay attention to power capacity of inlet wire, a electric meter of 20A or above and a air switch of 40 A or above are required, and 4mm² of special line should be preserved for both kitchen and bathroom.

(2)    Maintenance Policy

We provide you with 1 year of guarantee for overall unit, and 15 years of maintenance for the leakage proof wall and 3 years of guarantee for interior bottle and other parts.

Any malfunction happened during period of guarantee would be dealt with by maintenance center of company or distribution agent for free except the following case, and the exclusive technology service units can repair for you and charge according the provision of this manual:

1.       False use or malfunction & broken caused by opening machine by oneself;

2.       Malfunction & broken caused by force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake and thunder etc.);

3.       Obliteration of maintenance card or invoice without authority;

4.       The second time of installation (customer move and need install water heater again);

5.       Service other than guarantee.
