1.       Cause of Water Leakage

(1)    Water leakage at decompressing valve is caused by overpressure of running water which can be 6 kilogram or above.

After use, please shut off the inlet of water heater or install decompressing valve at inlet.

(2)    Water leakage at joint of inlet & outlet.

The seal circle ages or the screw is loosen, please change seal circle or connection tube.

(3)    Water leakage inside water heater.

Shut off the inlet of water heater and call exclusive maintenance center for help.

2.       No power with water flowing (Indicative lamp does not light)

At first, you should inspect the voltage of inlet of water heater cable if it is 220V, if not, then inspect the wire entering such as junction box and air switch etc.

3.       No heating with water flowing (with grade indicative lamp lighting or digital display)

If the flow from water heater is 1.6 liters/ minute or above, (you can watch the flow of shower, generally, the flow is shape of forceful.), or you can inspect the filter if it is blocked, or you can plunge a screw tap into the inlet mouth to push the magnetic core upwards, if it is heating, the water pressure is proved to be too low.

  If it is new house, before the water heater is connected to running water, please open the valve to drain out sundries.

  When installing a new water heater with cold & hot complex valve, please make sure if the cold water passes through the water heater (if the cold & hot complex valve for washing basin, bathtub is connected counter).
